Change the placement or colours until it looks right. Ask for a sample if you want one first.

Made and shipped
1 to 2 weeks to add your logo, then delivered to your door with duties paid. Small orders fly in about 10 days.
Shipping to the US after production: small orders by air in about 10 days. Larger orders can go by sea in about 30 days, or split between sea and air. Race coming up? Put the race date in your brief and we plan back from it.

Questions buyers ask
How much does it cost?
It depends on the product, the quantity and your logo, so we quote each order by email. Send a short brief and you get a written delivered price, shipping and import duties included. Asking is free.
What is the minimum order?
From 30 pieces for a logo on our stock products, with a lower price per piece from 100. Logo soft flasks start at 500. New or made-to-order products start at 300 pieces.
How long does it take?
Adding your logo to our stock products takes 1 to 2 weeks after you approve the mockup. Small orders then fly to the US in about 10 days. Larger orders can go by sea in about 30 days, or split between sea and air. Give us your event date and we plan back from it.
How do I pay?
Orders under $1,000 are paid in full when you approve the mockup and the quote. Larger orders pay a 50% deposit to start production and the balance before shipping. You can pay by card through a secure invoice or by bank transfer.
What does the mockup cost?
Nothing. You get a logo mockup and a written price before you pay anything.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Ask for one in your brief and we will include the sample options in the quote.
What do you need from me?
To start: the products, a rough quantity and your date. Your logo file can follow by email after we reply.
Who pays shipping and import duties?
We do. Your quote is a delivered price that includes shipping, customs clearance and import duties, so you only need to receive the box.
